I honestly don’t get the low ratings , went in not knowing anything since I’m a freshman and within 10 min i got an appointment and it’s free with the health service fee. Shoutout the nurses and my doctor

The most rude employee I’ve ever spoken to answered the phone. I’m so sorry for those that have no choice but to go here for access to medical care. As an individual in a medical field, do better, look at your other reviews and make changes.

The staff in women’s health have made multiple racially insensitive and micro-aggressive comments towards me. One asked if I regret my ethnic name because it’s hard to pronounce. One asked me what “hood” I’m from. Both were white women. I reported the first woman and I had to repeatedly check in to see if anything would be done, I was assured action would be taken and nothing was done. I was never even reached out to for resolution despite the fact that their report line says they will reach out. So if you’re a minority and have a uterus be aware that these doctors have no cultural training. They clearly think that people of color want to hear them question their existence, or try to sound cool by using our dialect in an offensive and profiling way. I hate that this is the reality because I stopped pursuing care. Because of the repeat instances of racial insensitivity with the different white women doctors. I only gave two stars because the other providers outside of women’s health have been good. Something needs to change in women’s health however.

Jean Hussmann (PA) was extremely rude to my daughter. Did not help her what so ever very dismissive and talked about her personal affaires instead of doing her job. My daughter left there feeling worse.

I visited McKinley Health Center and I was very impressed by their service. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed me quickly and prescribed me the right medication. I was able to get my medicine from their in-house pharmacy without any hassle. The whole process took less than an hour and I felt much better afterwards. I would highly recommend McKinley Health Center to anyone who needs quality health care on campus. They have great knowledgeable personnel and very quick service.
